That is the old part number. New number is 22853741. I just saw one replaced this morning. GM list price is $72.44, so watch any shipping charges.

The Ebay ad.. wanted 160.00 for 4 dont think
it had and shipping cost's. But if the part number isnt right not worth
the cost. Thanks for the part number, still got time b4 winter ~!

The part number is correct, it just changed to a new number. The ebay seller has the old stock. Still works.

It would seem to me that if you order the old part number from an E Bay seller that you might have 2-4 years of battery charge reduction.
I am not sure how much discharge occurs while sitting in a wharehouse somewhere.

I look at that same issue when I buy Lithium batteries for my digital camera.

P.S. How did you come out per unit total price wise with GM parts direct ??

Thats a fair price for "Current Product" and Genuine GM Parts.

My understanding is that these are covered under BTB warranty so no worries until you cross that line.
You do have to be concerned about Tire Jockeys doing damage.
I really think it is a good idea to show the installer of your new tires that the system is up and working on all 4 wheels before they start the tire replacement.
That way they cannot say that they did not cause a failure do to carelessness.
BTB warranty does not cover breakage.
