Wheel and Tire Size recon

im gonna try to get her to go with 17" so there is a little more meat at the tire for these Ohio roads. she told me to get whatever size would look right with width. I prefer tire even with the rim and fender (if not a truck).

Seriously? Hubcaps? You are joking aren't you.
18" forged aluminum rims. Factory polished and clearcoated. A good used set will run you $600 or more.

lol i tried short handing it,what i meant, but you got it. SS are 18" rum rim w/ no hub caps, unlike these stock 16"s where are hub capped. im trying to keep the LS with a stock look, so trying to get a hold of some SS rims. plus with SS tire size i figured that would keep it almost close as hell to stock tire size.

Yes, most likely. You should probably find an online tire size calculator, and you see the whole picture. You will have some odometer error with that setup, because the outer diameter increases. Gages will read slower, less distance...
I used to use a calculator that seems to have finally died on miatanet when I competed. That tire size thing is a way to tweak your gearing, you know...
