Thumbs down wheels vintique,Summit racing ...

hey guys , any one have trouble with wheels and center cap from summit racing ?I bought a set of rally rims to fit my HHR . It was a kit with the baby moons included in the price.{$479.88} . they will not fit !!! I finally got them on and bent one so badly that i ordered a 5th hubcap . it will not fit !!! i called summit and they told me to call Wheels Vintique . I did . they said they have no problems with them and i should call summit ! any body need a set of wheels for a 2010 HHR ?frustraiting .

They are tight to pop on but I've never had a problem .
I place the hub cap on the rim with the cap under two of the three holder tabs, then give a quick slap on the edge of the hub cap over the third holder tab to seat the hub cap.

from your picture , mine are not the same . they have the "bowtie" in the center.they sent me the plain ones first , but i wanted the retro look . when i got the new ones , they were completely different. heavy steel with bent over rims , not the welded on kind. Really , it's not rocket science.....it's sticking on hubcaps !!

I have these on my 07. They fit tight and I did put a small dent in one using my hand to in stall them. I now use a rubber mallet only hitting it by the sides.
