Woke to take the dogs and as I pass my car what do you know hit again. This is getting rediculous, ive been hit now 3 times in the last 3 months. The only good part is it was hit on pre-existing damage in which the bumper needed replacing, good thing I didnt replace it yet. The majorally crappy part is I know who did it and theres not a thing I can do about it. I noticed a car that has paint transfer and scrapes on there front bumper, so I call the cops they come and inspect my car I show them the other car and they took all sorts of measurments and said they believe it could be that car but they wouldnt stand up in a court and gaurantee it so they only did a report for a hit and run. I left a note on the guys car so we'll see what happens on that. Needless to say im not parking my car in my spot any more.

 

Wow that sucks. Hit 3 times? Thats crazy. It wasn't the same person hitting you was it? People are soo freaking dishonest. If you hit the car, the least you could do is leave a note. Good luck I hope it works out for you.

 

could you put some kind of webcam out your window and record for awhile?

nope im in a apartment complex and I dont have a clear veiw of the car, theres a big tree in the way

 

Could they have been drunk? Coming home from the bar at night. I would wire a camera to a battery and put it in my hhr facing out the window, assuming it is simple. Maybe a motion sensing camera so it is only on when movement.
