Baddassbowtie, I would agree. I recall passively smoked an Audi A6 and an Acura TL when I first had the GM Turbo Upgrade installed and were met with respectful but questionable reactions from my opposition. A6's and TL's are commonplace; HHR SS' are not...

It's even better, when you hand a guy his A--, when it's dark. I just blew the doors off a new semi tricked out, Black Porsche Boxter, going from a three lane into two, on Crow Canyon Road, in San Ramon, Ca.
He tried to pass as the lanes ended, before going up a grade, so being a little inmature, at the time, I went into boost, and gated him big time, going up the grade. Went into first turn at about 75, and kept pulling away. After almost ditching it a few times, on the curves, he got the message and backed off.
He followed me into a gas station in Castro Valley, and asked me, "what you got in that, a V8?" I smiled a said, "Naw, it's only a four banger" He said, "If I had seen that in the daylight, I would have just let you go" "That thing looks wicked, and hauls A--" I said"Thanks, you have a nice ride also" "Oh, by the way, it's a HHR-SS" "Also, I was getting my A-- chewed out, by Momma, all the time we were playing around" He smiled and said "Remind we not to pick on a HHR-SS in the future" "Thing is a sleeper".
Another one gets the message, that this is'nt your Granny's grocery getter, or a fart can ride. "forgive me Honey, for I have been inmature tonight" [whats new] "Moon'

little off-topic story but just last night i saw a black ss take on a nissan gtr on the 401 around 1am, and that hhr took off!! not sure if the hhr was insanely modded or if the gtr driver was a "newbie" but either way the gtr should have killed the hhr but wow fast

Nice! I think a lot of people are use to seeing a LS or LT and think overall that the HHR isn't a quick ride. I love owning a sleeper and seeing how shocked they are afterwards.

I always get made fun of for driving a milk truck. Until I take said people for a ride. Then it's a whole different story.
