The Hunters Blue Micro Moon, the second full moon of this October and the last time there was a full moon on Halloween night was in 1944, the full moon in 2001’s Halloween didn’t become full until the early hours of November 1st , and so wasn’t a Halloween event. It’s a micro moon because the moon is at it’s farthest point of it’s orbit around the earth.
