Fog Light Part# Question

Hello all.
I'm now in need of a new passenger fog light for my Spring Edition and the part numbers have me confused.

The part number I see on the bracket that came off my car is 1583220. When I go to Amazon or Ebay, etc... I get the following info in the description of the search results and have no idea what it actually means.
"1st Design without Regular Production Option B2E"

I searched this forum, and that part number hasn't popped up anywhere. What does pop up in the search results for a passenger fog light is 15813308.

Can anyone confirm if these are interchangeable?

I'm quite positive
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevy-Hhr-06-06-Left-Right-Driving-Fog-Lights-Lamps-Pair-Set-First-Design-/331323642685?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4d246d933d&vxp=mtr
They just sort of snap into the hole in the fog light hole.

I was thinking about http://www.ebay.com/itm/Driving-Fog-Lights-Lamps-Pair-Set-15813307-15813308-for-06-11-Chevy-HHR-/310718355190?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A2007%7CMake%3AChevrolet%7CModel%3AHHR&hash=item485841d6f6&vxp=mtr#shpCntId but I'm concerned they won't fit for some reason.

Another set I found with ironic wording is http://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-11-CHEVY-HHR-W-O-SPEC-DRIVER-SIDE-FOG-LAMP-DESIGN-LINE-REPLACEMENT-LIGHTS-/131032848284?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e822a979c&vxp=mtr and it says NOT for Spring Special. I assume they mean Spring Edition, and mine look nothing like those. I don't have those 3 holes that appear to be mounting points.

Any help is appreciated!

The RPO codes are those codes printed on the label on your glove box door. Look for B2E.

OK Thanks, but is there a difference between them?

Some sites I see are quite specific that 15803220 is w/ out RPO B2E, yet the one that came out of mine is clearly marked 15803220.

Others say 15803220 is 1st design.

Others cross reference 15803220 to 15813308

What is 1st design? What changes were there? Anyone know if 15813308 will work?

Ahem, if the part number fits then a replacement with the same number should fit. You think?

Probably has something to do with the tint.

Indeed I bet it would.

But I seem to find better deals on the other part number, which I guess is more of a concern. What's the difference between them?

Just a thought. GDZHHR is parting with his. Maybe he has one that you could get, as he too has a Spring Edition...

Resurrecting this one a bit. I think the difference is that one has a reflector in front of the bulb & one doesn't. I know this has nothing to do with the RPO-B2E code, but it is the only difference I can find. Not sure what that third one with the bracket is for...looks like our light, but that bracket is throwing me off.

Anyways...I am ready to buy a set now, but trying to figure out if I go for the ones with, or without the bulb reflector. Seems like those without might be more blinding for oncoming, so leaning towards the one with. That seems to be the only difference I can find between them in my searching...although, I could be completely wrong...lol.
