 draining battery
OK. Maybe I read the 1st post wrong. But, the OP states that the battery went dead while he was driving. Based on that info, I'm not seeing a reason to look for a "drain" or any kind of parasitic... (119 views, 6 replies)

That red wire repair on the BCM is indeed the immobilizer that pin is "ignition 1 voltage" The other end should be nearby, it was cut so that the module could connect to each end. Probably hidden... (415 views, 23 replies)

Probably that darn ground wire that GM attached to the air filter housing mounting bolt. I moved it to a similar location so it does not happen again. Lol (352 views, 13 replies)
