to support FMG, and article by Car and Driver. In the 2008 article, there is no mention of the braking system, so I am inclined to believe that they were standard brakes, and 2009 rang in the era of Brembo..

I just noticed the 16 inch steelies and thought that was confirmation enough for me
I did know the 08 SS auto did not have the Brembo option!

edit: the SS I was looking at had a collision in 2009 worth 20'000 dollars of damage to the front left...no thanks

$16032.77 USD for a front end? That sounds like a TOTAL that should have died, not gone on living..

I know right??? Considering the car only retailed around $27,000 new CAN. Needless to say, I shall continue to look. Besides I really like my red car currently
