Nice! I was wondering, can you engrave or etch into copper? I would like to get a cover for both boxes if possible...not sure what yet though. Likely something Rat Fink or zombie related. :)

Yes, I can do a chemical etch. Its a paste that is applied to either metal or glass. When the laser hits it it alters the metal chemical makeup and etches black. Im having a machine shop cut blank lnf and lsj covers out of aluminum and stainless to use as blanks. I imagine copper wouldn't be an issue.

Man, that would be awesome...especially with black etching! If you can source the copper plate through your shop that would be awesome, but I could also buy it and send it to you.

What would the price be for something like that?

Slide rite. Check out our Facebook page. Altered ego automotive design. James rakes from CSS hooked me and Richard Hall up together and that brought ttr into the mix. I'll send you some info on Monday on the copper. Side.thought.... I wonder if you could, by blunt persuasion, get a thin sheet of copper to form to the contours of the original airbox. Hum.
