Installing led taillights

I am about to buy the spider lite led kit from jc whitney, does anyone kno if it comes with instuctions on how to install the balancers i know socal used to have a complete how to guide on them.

I got the Kit from SoCal and they came with instructions that aren't specific to the hhr, when i do my install i will do a how to.

well im gonna go ahead and order them, im goin to tint my taillights so i want a brighter light.
