I need everyone to focus and pull for me!!!!

Ok folks!!!! I have the opportunity to hopefully close on an AWESOME deal on a 2008 Black on Black SS with roof racks. Great miles great price with a 100,000 mile wrap around warranty. Just need one piece to fall into place and it's mine. This is what i wanted the first go round when I listed to my then wife and passed it by. I've regretted it since. 2012 has been my turn around year professionally and privately and this would be the icing on the cake!!

Pray, cross fingers whatever the hell you want to do but I need massive energy to make this car mine!!!!! I'll keep you posted. I should know Monday night!

In your opinion what exactly is a awesome deal? Price? Miles? How badly beat on? What add-ons?

'08 40,000 miles which is what my LT is. $13,000 for SS and giving me $11,000 for my car. Spotless one owner local. I'll end up with a lower pmt even with a 100,000 mile wrap around warranty added and free oil changes and rotations for 2 years. GM certified used.

The prices I've seen in Florida its a good price for that mileage and I'm getting more for my car than I should. I'm keeping my rims too transferring to the SS if I get it.

As long as you have the credit numbers for that finance company it sounds like you should be good to go. I mean I can't imagine you would owe 11 grand on your LT so the down sounds covered.

Every finance deal I have struck with a dealereship has always ended up even better when I signed the banks papers lol.

As for the price I would say that sounds pretty good as I have to agree that our cars regardless of which model seem to be going for a lot of money at the dealers. I keep seeing 06/07 LS's going for $11k to $14K. I even saw one 06 that was listed at $16k and change. I so laughed at that one.

BTW what do you mean wrap around warranty? Are you refering to a bumper to bumper warranty? And is that TILL 100k or for another 100K?

This dealer uses the term wrap around for bumper to bumper extended. Up to 100,000 on the odometer. There are multiple options I'll have in combo with the warranty included with GM certification.

I've been iffy about '08 since I normally don't buy 1st model year but this is exactly what I want from mileage to price and even down to the roof rails and interior color. I didn't sleep last night lol. I just want tomorrow to be here so I can drive it, inspect it and see the final numbers from the bank.

I told the dealer I expect them to swap the Depo headlights to the SS too
