If so, is the condition good? My tabs are broken which holds the the top/middle trim piece of the hatch. Are the slots ok on yours?
thanks
Your private message didn't come through because apparently my mailbox was full. I cleaned out alot of stuff in there now.

I can let you know about the third light brake assembly as soon as I hear back from the investigation. I asked to be updated late last week. So hope to hear from them soon.

I must have missed something. Is the chain broken and the valves bent? Or, is this a "I guess this is what that would cost"? I thought this was about metal shavings in the sludge on the VVT valves.

The timing chain was bad due to the guide. Then the engine went from there.

Because the driver cranked the engine (after the chain went) and bent the valves.

Because the tow truck driver tried to jumpstart the car in my driveway upon delivery.

Never assume...that's why I am waiting to hear back from the tow truck dispatch investigation.

I’m not sue-happy but if a tow truck driver did that without my authorization I’d be PO’ed enough to file.

That will be my next step. They clearly have no clue who they are messing with. I worked in legal a lifetime ago. Yeah...they just denied it yesterday!

I'm attaching the spoiler pic here because I can't seem to do it in a private message...
