Best Fitting/Highest Quality Intercooler

I have read every intercooler post on this fourm and honestly I'm more confused then ever. What is the absolute best fitting highest quality intercooler available for the HHR SS? Price is no object and should not be considered or factored in at all for this discussion.

I need the very highest quality best fitting intercooler available......PERIOD

I went with zzp because I really didn't hear anything bad about them or the intercooler. Since then I have a zzp intercooler on my SS now and the fitment of it is awesome.

I understand the ZZP is a nice piece. I have their catless DP and know the quality of ZZP products. Having said that I have read that the front bumper/fascia does not install perfectly over the ZZP Intetcooler. Close or very good fitting isn't good enough for this build, I really need it to be as close as possible to perfect.

No one has mentioned Hahn?

OP you asked which was best and was told ZZP, if your mind is made up that paying more means better quality, then by all means by the Hahn.

As stated by Bart the Hahn IC known to crack, no such post or threads have been made in regards to ZZP IC cracking on this forum or Cobaltss.net.
