I use the Dejon 3pc. hot side IC piping with upgraded couplers and t-bolt clamps. Google Dejon powerhouse. You don't need the cold side IC piping it flows very well stock. Biggest upgrade you are going to get power wise besides a tune is a free flowing down pipe. Any of the after market downpipes that fit the Cobalt SS/TC will fit the HHR SS also.

Our vendor TurboTechRacing also sells parts that will fit the HHR SS

Hey Bart, what is the deal with the Dejon pipes going from what appears to be 3" to 2" at the collar? is this to bottleneck the air so the pipes don't throw codes, or so it meets the existing flange? the curvature seems diffrent at the inlet as well. the Hann pipes seem to be the same dia. from start to finish. Price wise they seem close, how has vendor support been? now, that its been about a year since any new bolt-ons have come-out, I don't think SS is anyones priority.

The piping gets smaller by the turbo because the outlet is that small on the turbo itself. Are you planning on swapping just the hotside piping or the cold as well?? YOu dont have to worry about any codes or anything like that. HAHN charges too much for their stuff and you will wait a while to get your stuff since he needs to recieve payment before he can do anything. (theyre in a bit of trouble from what ive seen). I would definately go Dejon for the piping.

And customer support is great from Dave at dejon. As far as HAHN goes i once waited 2 weeks for an email back from them so yeah...
