Can you read spark plugs? What's up with this one?

These photos are of the spark plug (AC Delco 41-108) from the #1 cylinder . All three others, although carboned look much better. I bought the car used at 19,000 miles and now it has 86,000. So, I would assume this is original. Car ran fine with this plug, no stutters, hesitations, misfires, etc.

I was just wondering what could have happened. The ground electrode looks bent and the metal has eroded from the spark.

Any thoughts?

I scraped a bit of the carbon to give a better view of eroded ground

Dropped, causing spark to go to the side, most likely not proper clearance either.
