Most of the back orders will be shipped from GM in the next 48 hours. CED should have kits with-in a day or two of GM's shippment.

Awesome! Can't wait to get it installed! 1 thing I was wondering, I went to my local dealership where I bought my SS, asked about the kit install, and was told it was something that they had to schedule for a GMPP rep to come install!?!? They acted like they didn't do it themselves. Is this the case, and does this change the install rate from the dealer labor rates?

Gmpp rep install required?

The install can be done by any GM dealer. It does not have to be done by a GMPP rep. Each dealer has their own labor rates. The recommended install charge is 2.0 hours for and HHR SS and 1.2 hours for a Solstice/Sky.

It was pointed out that this set of instructions has an error that was corrected in an earlier version but some how crept back into this latest version. It should read as listed below:

2008 Pontiac Solstice / Sky, automatic transmission, 2.0 12625951
with electronic vacuum pump for brake-assist
