Depending on what parts fall under the warrantee for the GMTU, it might not be a bad idea to get the GM upgrade if you've maintained it well thus far.

Sorry, I thought you posted 116,000. My point is that the GMTU will preserve your warantee if you have one or give you some parts protection if you don't have one.

Yea I put 10k down on it so saving for parts now trying to save enough to beat my buddy's tbss he at 12.8 now tho so far behind

In that case, there are other options than GMTU, especially if you are gunning for a tbss.
