You can add the turbo, exhaust mani, o2housing, downpipe, upper intervooler pipe, intercooler....all you need is the lower coolant pipe, cold side intercooler pipe made, an air intake, and tap the oil pan for the return line. Snag all those parts from a ss and turbo your 2.2/2.4

Yes not on a hhr that i know of but several cobalts have done it
