Stay away from Hahn if you want any customer service.

I've heard that several times. But if their LNF turbo upgrade gives the kind of power gains that they claim, it seems like it would be the best "bang for your buck" kit out there.

their turbo Suffers from "frequent rebuild syndrome" and is old journal bearing tech. If you don't mind pulling your turbo, I have heard it's an easy rebuild.

2 hours and $20 constitutes a rebuild. It makes good power and the turbo can be upgraded easily to different wheels etc very easily down the road.

......oh......im about to make 500whp with full spool at ~4k on OLD JOURNAL BEARING TECH

I don't doubt it, but it does not change the fact that Hahn is a ****ty company. .......oh......good luck with the rebuild

I'm sure you know more about turbos than I do so no offense about the journal bearing comment. Sounds like your putting some decent power down Also, I feel the need to warn anybody considering a Hahn product of their non existent customer service.

As far as the turbo tho. I think those in search of a cost efficient, easy to install turbo should consider the s20g. When it goes on sale ive seen it for under $1k. Thats a bargain. Yes you need supporting mods but if you are considering a turbo upgrade you should either have supporting mods or be shopping for them any way. The s20g can make 400/400 on pump gas. And as far as customer service goes....i know they have a bad rep. Some rave about them, others say how horrible they are. But really....once you install a part what kind of cust service are you looking for? If you have issues on install yeah ok you may need some assistance for that. But you can always hop on the forums and ask questions. I have a number of people i can always ask for help.
