Hot-side IC Pipe
Foolmoon, define the recommended maintenance the Forge piece needs? I'm looking at geting one and from what I read at the CobaltSS forum it needs to be greased/oiled @ install correct? If I have to periodically tinker with it and re-oil it like a K&N filter that may FUBAR my plans for purchasing one.

I tinker with my car more and more, this may not be an issue, especially if roped in with your regular oil-change. I can't imangine it taking more than 20 minutes to service.
The advantage to this part is no rubber diaphram, and 4 "tune" springs with diffrent coil rate. They have a sleeve for this unit too, which allows the BPV(According to Garret its a BCV-bypass control valve) to vent to atmosphere, but Forge thinks there might be a clearance issue, they haven't heard back yet from the CSS tester, for sure. On the cobalt the BPV-BOV was hitting the CAI... Since the HHR SS STILL DOESN'T HAVE A TRUE CAI, we might be able to run this. I was gonna just pull the BCV and put a Gready BOV in its place then OVERBOOST turned me onto this option. But you know the rules not a supporting vendor, so everone has to research their own prices, availability, etc. Unless we could get TTR to maybe carry these?
Would the MAF have to be relocated if the vent-to-atmosphere feature works for us? Or is that just w/ the aftermarket BOV's that are used in the charge pipes (like Dejon's)?

You dont have to. My maf isnt relocated. But please tune for the BOV if you will be putting one on because the car will run like total poop if you do not.
