the hahn's are known to have the welds on the endtanks blow out. my tuner had to reweld his 6 or 7 times before he finally replaced it with a zzp

If the cobalt and the HHR intercooler are the same, get the Turbo XS cobalt one. Great price, in stock and ready to ship

Doesn't work Dealt with jeramine and raj on this. Of all XS parts only downpipe fit without rewelding of this or that

i wonder if these were ones that was later made?? mine have not had any issues what so ever. no welds blown off or anything like that. mine been on since jan. of 09...NO PROBLEMS.

oh and to the thread starter,do you have a tune?? ic pipe kit??? exhaust moods??? i would suggest doing those first. upgrading the ic and running stock boost, imo is going backwards. yes, every bit of cold air helps, but you are not pushing higher boost to justify the ic.

Crazy Steve's, he had the best time I've seen, that didn't get erased. I was impressed with the quality, and price what can you say. Lots of guys are running them I haven't heard any negative.

I am using the ZZP unit. This thing is friggin huge! It is a very snug fit and the mounting holes on the mounting bracket need to be drilled out some. But iirc this unit is one of the biggest. Note that this is NOT the ZZP unit that offers more ground clearance. It is the original ZZP intercooler for the lnf turbo. Very nice piece, I would recommend it to anyone if they don't mind a small amount of modification.
