Intercooler spray bar

I was wondering if anyone is using an intercooler spray bar to get colder air?

Imho, it would work well with a larger turbo and intercooler. I doubt you would see a good gain for the cost. I would look into a downpipe before a spraybar with the stock turbo. It will work but you only gain some lower inlet temps. With the K04 and stock exhaust, it wont make a big difference. Stick to the proven basics and you'll have great power production. An actual tune/downpipe will really wake up your SS! Only the Cobalt SS/TC gang would be using this right now.

co2 is cheaper to fill than no2....same results....do it....i wanna know how it works haha

not sure if any of the cobalt guys have done it or not. stock turbo with all bolt ons youd prolly gain about 15hp. do meth, its cheap as hell and you will get the same results.

our cars (motor wise) are no different from the cobalt. a spray bar would work on a full bolt on hhr ss. especially in this heat wave!!

As little as an E30 blend will yield better results then running full Methanol injection, per what BYT told me.

Thus why I changed my mind abruptly from running a Devils Own Methnaol injection up to running a E30 blend when I had my HHR SS.

The adapter piece BYT is making is a very nice piece.

i have all intentions of switching my wagon to E85 (or some sort of blend) next year since i'll be living 10 minutes from the ONE station that has it here in Delaware.

Agreed but not alot of HHR guys are going all out yet mod wise. Alot more Cobalt guys have run meth and they have more of the info regarding the use of meth on the LNF/results. How many days have you guys had +100 degree days in row down there?
