The service dept manager's name is Mark Wilson. I'm not sure if he knows which tech(s) would be doing the work, but I can ask him if you want. Do you already have the kit and want to schedule an appointment for an install?

The service dept # for Henna is (512) 961-1218 so if you'd like to talk with him directly go ahead and give him a call. Let him know Patrick sent you.

Haven't ordered the kit yet, but I don't want to be the dealer's guineau pig when it comes to installing the kit. So has Henna done the install yet, as far as you know? I am selling one of my parts trucks next weekend and the money is already burning a hole in my pocket!!!

I don't think they have, but you can call and ask for sure. I've been slammed with work all week for SXSW and haven't had a chance to get in touch with Mark. Feel free to give Henna a call during the day and speak to Mark if you'd like.

Click the lil map in my signature and you can see where people are and add yourself. Finally free of SXSW servitude, time to enjoy the last night!
