maybe try to source one in a salvage yard? I just did that with the tail light pig tails. He wouldn't even tell me the price, since it was integrated into the harness...all he said is "you don't want to know". Found a HHR in a junk yard near the house and cut them out for cheap. Might be worth a shot.

Yup, thats the main body harness that goes for over $400.
Scrapyard or private sales are best for this kind of thing.

The dealer trimmed the IC hose to make some clearance but not enough I guess. I trimmed it some more (what a pain in the a**) but the damage was already done.

*update*
Dealer would not look at the car under warranty because it was an installation problem not a defective product. This was not the dealer that installed the kit so I gave them a little leeway.

*update*
Inspected the connector for damage and it appeared to be fine. The tech had taped over the base of the connector where the wires enter and it had some trapped moisture in there. Removed the tape and re-routed the harness to further clear the AC compressor. 350 miles later and still no problems.

When I had mine installed the dealer said that any Chevy service department would honor the installation warranty. So if X installs it, Y will fix it under warranty. They said that is GM's rules.

Not all dealers play by the rules and it is not worth my time to debate GM policies with a service writer. However there are several GM dealers near where I live and if that weren't so I would probably be a bit more aggressive. I worked QA at a Jag store and a Service Advisor at a Lexus store and we (the service manager) definitely sent people packing when they had an attitude AND it was a warranty claim. Well, especially at the Jag store...
I know, but sometimes reality sucks.
