Question More power. better turbo?

Hello, everyone. Im new. I have a hhr ss. I would like about 400 hp. I heard people were getting it with a turbo swap from hahn or zzp. Which application would be better and why? Also what device could I order to dwnload either hahn's or zzp's program. One that has a cable to connect to my car. What is data cable? Mods I have: gm turbo uppgrade, hahn intercooler, cat delete, zzp motor mount, k&n, ttr sway bar, pedders springs.

Whatever you do stay away from Hahn. If you have problems you are SOL..very poor customer service

I agree about Hahn. I had a serious fitment issue with their exhaust system requiring me to modify one pipe, and mid-way through the resolution with customer service they stopped responding to me.

There are several bolt on options as well as kit options in swapping to a larger snail. Bnr2871, pwerks wr2 & wr3, zzp zfr are all bolt on meaning no manifold changes. Zzp, pwerks, treadstone all make nice kits. A kit will be more expensive but will swap more parts.

I am building my own kit and sourcing parts individually for it. Its the cheapest way to go and you can get exactly what you want. I will be running a custom billet 58mm comp wheel with a stg3 turbine wheel. It will get me to the 500whp mark on e85 or race gas. 400ish on a dd tune on 93

As far as tuning. You will need and want hptuners for the tuning software. Find a reputable tuner who knows the lnf.

^^^^forgot to list the hahn 20g as a bolt on option. Any one of the options i listed above, including the 20g will get you 400whp on 93
