Reputable Tuners in the NW?
Reputable Tuners in the NW?
I'm in Northern Oregon and looking for a dealer that has installed the stage 1 kit and someone to do the Trifecta, anyone have personal experiences up in this area good or bad?
Don't know about the GMS1 install, you would have to call around.
As far as Trifecta dealers heres a list of some, I'm sure there are many more.

I would email Vince (the Owner/Founder of Trifecta) and ask him (he lives in Washington State).

If i dont find something closer i might take you up on that, i've called a few local dealers and so far none of them have ever installed one and i would rather have it done by someone that has.
The Trifecta dealer either mails you a flash cable (with tune installed) for your lap top or a hand held thing to load the tune with into your vehicle.
You get to keep the cable or handheld tuner for a few days to data log and send files to be fine tuned (thus the deposit to make sure they get it back).
Or you can but the cable out right with the software and have Vince tune you.
Nice thing about this is you have the cable at your house for flashing, logging or getting updates whenever you want.
Vince does all the tuning and adjustments for Trifecta.
If your gonna be getting into modding, I would skip the GMS1 tune, buy the GMS1 sensors, install them and get a Trifecta tune. The Trifecta tune is undetectable by the Tech 2 GM uses. Because in reality GM is going to void your warranty for anything considered a mod, unless you have a dealer that is mod friendly.
I do have both GMS1 tune and Trifecta, but at the time Trifecta came out it was kind of new and I wasn't sure how reliable the tune was so I opted with GMS1 first.
Personally I have not had any problem with Trifecta or been to the dealer for anything and I've had the tune for over a year so far. If I had to redo it all over again I would just bypass the GMS1 tune and do like I told you (if you plan on modding).
He is right I just emailed him he is ready to take care of you here's his address vince@trifectaperformance.com
The trifecta site says you can tune without the stg1 sensors but the right guy to ask about it will be Vince.
