Hes pretty damn good hes done some 93 Tunes for me and its crazy how quick the turbo spools with just a tune its awesome. I forgot to tell you guys i will be Full E85 not a 50/50 mix. I know,I know before you tell me i well not make the best power on Full E85 and better off doing a mix. Next year When i go bigger turbo(hopefully if the funds are there) I already be full e85.

My 2010 SS didn't have a yellow gas cap. When was your build date? The SS shouldn't have an yellow cap at all. You'll lean out with a nontuned SS. E85 requires 30-40% more fuel, IIRC. If get you a tune for E85, then you can run E85. Unless you like detonation and fried ring lands, cracked pistons, etc. E85 is rated around 100-105 octane depending on the blend. With E85, you can run more boost/timing vs 93. I still haven't decided with my 01 L on what to run. For my 01, you need pumps for E85 but for C16 your fine. I will be doing a lower end build in the next year anyways. So, tuning is a ways a way for me. Unlike the SS, I have to wait to throw parts on my L. I have a dozen parts waiting to be installed. It really sucks... "Shakes fist at the LNF and Cobalt/HHR SS crowd"

The 2.0L Turbo from that year wasn't FlexFuel so not sure why you would have a yellow cap unless it was put on by mistake? Turbo motors generally can tolerate a higher concentration of E85 compared to NA engines because of their higher compression ratio. Using 100% E85 will more than likely cause problems though. I would look into it first.

If not tune for it I wouldn't put it in.
