For every issue you see 25 are no an issue. Also some of these threads are not stage related

My issue was with other things and not my stage kit.

traced it to a boost sensor going out. then found a loose pin on the ecm. all that helped alot being replace but it would still do it once a week. they finally change the ecm out.

now this is what i thing happened.(note my gm dealer was awesome through the whole thing) again i say this is what i think happened. when the gm tech installed the kit he accidentally loosed the pin on the ecm which in turn killed the boost sensor and damaged the ecm itself.

if you can check your computer for codes that would be helpful a P0236 is a turbo code which could be anything from the turbo to the ecm, boost sensor.

this whole process from me took a little over a month. the boost sensor took 2 weeks alone to get. the ecm about a week. and then all the time everyone was scratching there heads. they had calls in to gm tech support the whole time.

anyway that is my story. over all love the kit and my gm dealer was awesome with the problems.

after all that they found another problem. the wire going from the boost sensor to the computer was picking up interference from something or the cable itself was bad. the service tech built and ran a new harness after waiting on gm to approve the work. anyway as of right now it is all working normally. oh the service tech was getting fluctuations on the boost sensor with ignition on engine not running.

Thanks for this update. Gives them something else to check.
Mine's goin in for an extended analysis with their data logger attached and multiple codes embedded.

same thing is happening to me. i have hahn tune so we should be able to eliminate that. it happens to me right after a shift and happened the for the third time today. i throw a code p0299 turbocharger underboost...whatever the f that means. someone said the sensor on the ic pipe from the ic to the intake manifold. not sure.

here's my thread:

I am not over revving the engine and at times this occurrs immediately after starting to drive the vehicle. The engine light does not come on and dealer is not getting any trouble codes on checking it out. Is there any one else out there experiancing the same difficulty and have any suggestions.

It's not the tunes that wrong with the Stage kit but the cheapness of their wiring harness. Not sure why they never said to solder only or just make a plug and play harness with water / weather proof connections. Don't get turned away from the stage kit because of this error.
