Sorry I am getting late to the discussion. I have the Trifecta tune and I LOVE IT! No complaints. Took 6 minutes to install (I timed it). Could not be happier. And I can go back to stock if I need to.

As far as the learn down feature, Here is how it works, after discussing with Vince from Trifecta:
The stock SS is set to stop spooling the turbo once a certain value of air goes through the MAS. A tune basically sets this number higher. The learn down is not really an accurate description. When you make a performance change on your car, that limit might get achieved quicker and the ECM will still retard the turbo once the limit is hit.

With a tune the limit is higher but if you add more performance changes, than the NEW limit will be where the ECM retards the turbo.

I hope this makes sense. I might be using the wrong term somewhere in the description but I think you get the idea...

Update

This past week I finally had my Clear image turbo back exhaust and charge piping installed What a difference in proformance, it's like someone took there hands off of it's throat so it could breath its that big of a difference, at this time I have the stage 1 kit installed.
Just got off the phone with Vince at Trifecta, we have an appt for the 22nd
of this month at Merridian Performance for Dyno time and to tune on top of Stage, will let everyone thats interested know how it go's I know there are alot that are interested.

Vince is already looking for a new clutch for his SS as am i. Its basically a tune on top of the stage kit which pushes 30psi

30PSI? At what point do the heads of the headbolts start poping off and leaving holes in the hood like meteorites? I bet thats a handfull to drive!
