Direct from ZZP. On the catless dp, you will have to extend your exhaust tip about 1/2" on the automatic.

Yep, thats the one. They have more options now than when I bought mine. Go with the offroad w/ o2 bung one. Depending on mileage, you may or may not need a gasket set. I only had like 5k miles and mine looked brand new. Most of the time you can reuse them as their metal gaskets. Wouldn't add a wideband bung unless you want to buy a wideband gauge only. But, you would be better off with an Interceptor which would monitor it for you. If you had the RPD, you could monitor A/F off of that. Best bang for the buck bolton you can do when adding power to these little engines.

For your muffler delete, did you just weld a straight pipe in? I've heard muffler deletes/catless combos are very raspy and rice sounding. Just some info to think about. I believe there are cobalt videos on youtube you could listen to. Of course, I drove straight dumped for a couple hours and it would rattle all the windows about 3500 rpm. For me, stock muffler and catless was perfect. A little loud at start up and pretty quiet while cruising and idling. Once it got past 3500 rpm, it would become an animal.

how much power should i expect to gain with the catless d/p?

what are you referring to in that quote?

as far as gains....probably 15-20whp depending on your other mods, tune, etc. it really opens up exhaust flow greatly reducing backpressure.....very noticeable
