I would also like to know.

I don't have one yet, but is it a FMIC?

Definately FMIC......Look at pictures of the SS! the intercooler is clearly seen in the lower grill screen

Haha, yeah, I was looking at them on my iPhone just quickly so I couldn't tell very well. I test drove it and it's sweet. If they can get the red with red/black interior in the 5 speed up here I'll sign the deal tomorrow.

Talking

Thanks for the links I now know we have a Borg Warner K04 Twin Scroll.
I ran a search and still can not come up with Peak Boost Specs on it.
I remember my Mitsu Stock turbo could peak at 24PSI and it was a twin scroll.
I doubt GM setup an engine to use the full potential of the the turbo at 18 PSI peak. So I am trying to find out how much more can be pulled from the stock turbo.

from what i understand the turbo on the hhr ss is being used past what it should. Are there any turbos we could use as a bolt on replacement?

Many people with Audis that come with the K03 stock upgrade to the K04. An 1.8T A4 with a K04 should be putting out at least about what we are all making. If the turbos are the same I don't think it's being overworked.
