Is there anyway we can put together a list of all the aftermarket Performance parts available to the HHR SS? Not items that work on the TC cobalts, and might work on ours but have been tried and proven. Maybe then one of the mods can sticky it? Ill start with a few items if others just want to quote the person ahead of them we can this going that way.

This has been tried before and quickly gets outdated/not updated. See this thread: 2.0 Performance Parts Listing

Since the SS is going to get "long in the tooth" before long, since GM quit making them, not going to see many new aftermarket pieces for the SS.
Also some of the aftermarket suppliers are saying they are going to build a certain part, then found out they are having problems with them.
Don't hold your breath for any groundbreaking new stuff for the SS.
I think you're also going to find, you will have to use some of the Balt parts, if you want to upgrade certain things. Lots of their parts are interchangable with the HHR. you just have to check to see which ones work and which ones don't. Lot of the Balt stuff that will work is $$$$$$$.
Some of the future things I'm looking at on my SS, will have to be custom fabed. "Moon"

The only real bolt on engine performance that the HHR SS is going to have different then the Cobalt SS/TC is going to be a Intake system.
Good luck finding a good intake system better then stock, maybe the Secret Services intake system, but they aren"t mass produced you have to call them to make you one. I haven't seen any dyon numbers on this intake either.
K&N makes a intake kit but its not worth the $300 asking price, although I have seen the kits going for $239 new lately. Around $150-175 would be a more reasonable price for a tube, lid and filter.
Dejon makes a Intake also but it sucks hot air from the engine compartment.

I have a secret services intake and you for sure have to tune for it or the car will go into limp mode a lot. Thats why the intake is laying under my bed as of right now
