i need to question this... can these turbo kits for the 2.2 ltr cobalt fit on our hhrs? i can only imagine the only problem is the fitting but again i need your opinions...

Hm, not too impressed with the HP numbers. For a full turbo kit Id expect 250-300hp.
Id expect these would work ok, but Id get the tune done locally.

well i talked to the company and they said they all work on the hhrs except for the kits with the intercoolers.

again tunight for the 2.2? is it possible? the computer for the 2.2 '05 cobalt and the 2.2 in the hhr have differeint software if im not mistaken

The '05 and '06 Cobalt ECMs are, more or less, the same, but they use different software. They carry different service numbers, and our experience is if you try to flash one with software from the other, it usually results in a dead ECM. So, a flash for the '05 Cobalt probably won't work on an '06 HHR.

However, the '06 HHR and '06 Cobalt use the same ECM, and also use the same "operating system". A flash for an '06 Cobalt would, at least, not turn an '06 HHR ECM into a doorstop. ;-)
