Would be better if it was a high-flow full exhaust. Besides, your getting the 2.4, what good would a 2.2 exhaust do for you?

Performance increases up to 30 horsepower and up to 30 ft-lb torque?!?!?!?!?!?! Out of just a catback on a 2.2?!?!?!?!?!?! WTF are they smoking?

It's been on the market for several months already, but is just starting to show up on eBay now. All the design, fitment, and testing was done on our very own "HHR 1" months ago:

As you can see it is only a muffler and tip - not a true cat-back system. CGS calls it an "axle back" kit. I drove with it installed for nearly two weeks. Pretty loud, and also pricey for a muffler and tip (although everything is stainless).

We don't sell them...but others (supporting vendors) here do.

Looks like more than a muffler and tip. But how does that rounting go on the HHR? False advertising maybe...

Just under $280 is not a bad price. The power claim seems to be a little out of reach. But system doesn't look bad. I would like to hear it. SO far I have not heard a muffler that I like. 4 cyl motors are hard to get a good sound out of.

Maybe I'm just spoiled from my old duals/headers/flowmasters

I checked out the sellers store on ebay and the pic of the exhaust is a stock pic. They have the same pic for exhausts for the Hummer and other GM trucks and cars.

Did they list the same gains for all of the vehicles too?

If you look on CGS's site you will see that it is an "axle back" system:

The pic used by the seller above is a generic one.

Hope it helps,

I asked them and it is indeed an axle back system. Yikes, $280 for a muffler/tip. Lot's of not so true info in that listing....

the listing has been changed..... They did tell me that it came with pipe from the axle to the muffler.
