Not sure if any tried this but my gauze filter that came with it needed rwplacig so I bought a ractive tornado cotton gauze filter yes its rechargeable. Not disposable. But at 30 $ you culd just trow it out I guess. But this filter. I found quiets it down quit abit. Is lil shorter as the bottom is open and coned inward for same airflow. I still has that wistle air rush sound just the growling isent as loud as a kn or the stock one
