P0172, P0446, P0300 Try to diagnose.
No more P0172 however. P0172 is now fixed.
(I knew about the cruise control / brake switch circuit error, didn't mention it to prevent confusion)
I can post the freeze frame data for all these errors?
(Picture intensive)

Read the directions; I believe that means there WAS in the past excess vacuum. But I don't know what your reader means.
I don't know what all that data is supposed to be, you are going to need a lot of studying if you want to look at it.
The only place vacuum comes from is either a) the purge valve is open or b) the vent is closed/ blocked. Because, if the purge is open the intake manifold is sucking fumes (that also makes unmetered fuel in the A/F) if the Vent is closed or blocked the fuel pump is causing a vacuum. The tank is supposed to be in a vacuum for pollution reasons, I don't know the number.
The "tank press(V)" is what the actual voltage that the sensor is sending to the BCM/ECM, not what you evidently think. It tells you that so you can do math and figure out if the computer is malfunctioning, I am guessing the range is 0V to 5V.

So there could be a blocked tube. Pinched line etc.
I have an average of 2.8 volts so that's a negative pressure. Also it's always at -12mm/Hg...
When I open the gas cap, it never sucks in air.
Both the purge valve and cansiter valve were replaced so maybe I have a issue with the tubing inbetween..
wonder if I could undo both ends and shoot compressed air through..
The mechanic that was trying to find issues before I got the car back, replaced the fuel pump after dropping the tank so who knows what this guy did... He could have pinched something or cracked a line...
I wish I could get this scanner to turn on and off the solonoid valves like this guy does ...

Surprised no one has asked if the O2 sensors are AC Delco and plugs are AC Delco 41-103. Or did I miss it?
Have you ever run E85 fuel? Regardless, because you had a P0172, I suggest you grind through your scanner menus and find the stored ethanol%. It’s usually there but cleverly hidden.

The report you posted says the valve is commanded open, that's why the code. something is blocked between the tank and the valve. That is the canister or the tubing to it Maybe the tube got bent when installing the tank, if this code was not already there. Or, the valve is stuck closed.
Check the CHMSL bulbs for the P0573. A burned out bulb or improperly installed LEDs can do it. It actually means there is something wrong with the CHMSL, either a wire or the bulbs.
