Thumbs up Sweet dual side glasspacks

So I got new glasspacks they guy made a Y Pipe where the resonator used to be, then made the dual, it barely fit but it did all done with 2.5 inch piping. I used to drive with my muffler cut off. Its about the same noise level just a little bit chunkier I'm sure its only gonna get better with time so I'm just gonna wait for the first 500 miles then Ill put up a sound clip. I read somewhere on here who said one glasspack was to loud I don't think so the only thing I wish I would've done is just use one but I'm still happy with it. Plus Ive always driven over the top noisy cars so I'm used to it but for anyone who just wants a better sound with a little more rumble and a little less fart I recommend it Finally GOT PICS UP thinking about changing the tip tho idk

Unless things have changed here in Kalifornia , you can do anything with the exhaust as long as the emissions devices remain in place (ie exhaust is not defined as p/o emmisions devices - a cat is)). As far as noise levels depends on local noise ordinances and Johnny law.

Yup they are strict. 1st check they do is a visual inspection and if anythings amiss, they'll usually fail you right there on the spot. example. for CAI you better have the carb exempt sticker from MFG'r and make sure it's applicable to your model year. I have an 06 - none of the aftermarket CAI or even the GM intake is legal - of course you can always remove the CAI and put the stock one back on come testing time. Cars that are 10 years old (my 94 5.7L Formula) and older even if they pass smog are certified as Gross Polluters and require testing at a Smog Test only center. Any failures have to be taken care of at a qualified repair facility then retested at a Smog test only center.

I maybe wrong but I think the Carb exempt sticker only applies to certain model years?
