mostly 2.25, thats the size of the thrush glasspack, shoulda went with 2.5, probly woulda been louder.

Panel 08, Ptriots are like lakepipes but I could not find any lakepipes that are functional, they all were just for looks.

Lunchbox, I think your underside looks great, I have seen some real hatchet jobs

The muffler shop I went to would not run pipes out the side because of the plastic Gas tank, did you guys have any issues with that?

I ended up with a magnaflow replacement for my original muffler and a 2 1/2 inch tip
also running CGI intake. Sounds OK but I still want the sidepipes...

no problems from the muffler shop, i was down there with em the whole time. and for the heat, i gotta wrap it with that fiberglass for headers this weekend

I was thinking about running some insulation the pipes right there but theres more clearance than we thot wen the muffler guy was done even he thought so what about you lunchbox

ah, dont really wanna keep track. im just doin the rear for now, and got a nitrogen tank setup. the bags were like 200, but i got 2 spair bags for the rear, just in case. its gonna be about a grand just for the rear. probly goin for the easystreet kit for the front. and train horns of course...

i've got a single Thrush where the original resonator was.

Then a "Y". At first I went with no resonators at all but it was WAY too loud, hear it 3 blocks away loud. I added a small Walker resonator on each side between the Y and the tips.

I agree, the tips can make a big difference in the sound. Mine can now only be heard 1 1/2 blocks away! Not ricey at all.

Not a great shot but here's what mine looks like.



It's so cool when it's cold out and seeing the "cloud" coming from both sides.
