Yes your tune can be adjusted by gathering some data logging after the new turbo is installed.

We have a 2.2 Auto with a turbo that has a Trifecta Tune. Yes this is not a SS.

The tune and cable to install can be sent to you. No problems with that, Vince has sent a tuner out and If you have a laptop I have a Loaner cable you can use to do the install.
Yes do the intake and exhaust prior to doing the Tune is the best and saves some money. We can however perform a minor upgrade at a reasonable price if you chose to perform them at a later date.

Realistic changes with a tune?

Hi Tom,

I am curious, what kind of realistic changes I can expect with a tune without engine mods? As the factory ECM settings are designed for economy, service life, etc., how has Trifecta approached the 2.2l motor?

Thanks,
Kevin

Tom did the tune on my LS 2.2 the diff. I noticed was the dead spot on acceleration disappeared and when I keep my foot out of it (which is hard to do) I saw a mild increase in mileage of 2 to 3 in normal driving and if I am trying to hyper mile I see about a 4MPG increase of course I am not real good at hypermileing. I also noticed a faster 0-60 after the tune.

id like to get a tune but if something happens it would void warranty. Tom has anyone been able to "mask" the tune for the 2.2 yet?
