Limited-Slip Differential. No, we do not have one. It is not an option, although it is for the Cobalt and Ion and Solstice/Sky. Now get off the LSD you bought from the guy on the corner....

Not wanting to be a smart allac, but I've never heard of Limited Slip Differential in a front wheel drive transaxle. I've worked on them, and have to say that if they were on these, would be very difficult to turn corners if engaged. Just my They do have a traction control option for some front wheel drive cars, that is controlled by the computer, but not on the HHR.

LSDs are available on FWDs. I think the Nissan Sentra Spec-V (or whatever it was called) had one. Not sure about turning though.

I thought LSD was Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. I guess I've had a boring life.

I have traction control on my HHR. Traction control is optional on the HHR. If I remember correctly in order to option traction control you have to have both the automatic transmission and ABS options first.

I dont think the hhr is exactly a complete lsd locking system. It has more of a rwd locker system, where if one wheel slips/spins, it sends the power to the wheels with the most traction.
