Help! Where is the NEGATIVE post?
Feel silly, but I am trying to disconnect the battery and can NOT find the negative post on my 2008 2.4L

Battery is in the back of the HHR, right there with the spare tire. Negative post is on the battery. Marked with a minus (-) emblem.

Don't forget to put a towel folded over the latch so you can't accidentally close the lift gate!

Probably found the positive post, under the hood. Easy mistake to make if you aren't familiar with the HHR.

I DO feel silly now! Found the negative AND the positive post...right on the battery. Helps now that I know where the battery is LOL
