This is a pointless debate. I'm sure hvrod is happy as I'm sure anyone who did the same would be. How many headers have you tried on your HHR Mike? What proof do you have to back your claims? I'm not trying to keep this going or start an argument but trying to emphasize that this is pointless. To quote teech:

TUNINING WE KNOW IS A PROBLEM FOR THE 2.4L VVT read here if YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE FINDING OUT WITH THE 2.4L VVT WITH THE HP TUNER http://cobaltss.net/forums/showthread.php?t=35693

OH BY THE WAY THEY ARE WORKING ON CAMS FOR US AS WE SPEAK, THIS SEEMS TO BE ANOTHER CGS,AIRAID BUT SERIOUSLY I DONT LIKE PRESSURE FROM SOMEONE WHO ONLY SUPPORTS ONE SIDE.

BTW: That's with a CGS and a "cheap muffler."

I'll take the cheap muffler anyday.
Basically most HHR's can beat that Mike, since you loaded up your vehicle with over 1000 pounds of useless non performance mods
and that reading is now voided...

Been there...done that. I know what works.

I am in no way claiming to be "the expert" on HHR's, but once you have tried as many things as we have, you will start to see the light. And CH; there is a lot going on with the VVT that you don't understand. It reacts to "wrong" mods by retarding the cams. Tell me you can make more power running around like that!?!

Finally, this "header" HVRod installed is nothing more than an extrude honed stock manifold. It is not a true header system (equal length pipes tuned to a specific rpm), it's basically a stocker. I wouldn't expect to get even 1 a hp gain from that on a 4-banger.

But I'm sure they will sell out of them next week!
We also need dyno's from your products Mike,,
Like the Socall outlaw filter... more pop..?? wheres the dynos ???

Silly Mike .. can't read the posting whats installed...
Your the only vendor on any site that bashes everyones post... Why is that?

Lets straigthen this out Mike,, any thing you put on your vehicle thats not GM is voiding the warranty ...
Lets see your air bag system... thats voiding the suspension warranty,
air intake .. thats voiding the warranty, spider lights thats voiding the warranty, those flush door locks... -- when you can't get out thats voiding the warranty and your life...aftermarket speakers and audio can't collect on GM for problems there.... the list goes on...

I don't believe that silly little computer anyways, it's not a track slip.
