How do you install/setup a Trifecta Tune?

I have an 09 2LT with the 2.4L. I've heard about the Trifecta tuning, but I'm curious as to what exactly I would be buying, and how I would install/set it up. What are the steps? Is it like a Jet chip that you just plug in? Is it a software thing where I plug it into a computer and set it up that way? I'm just curious to learn more. I've heard good things about CJs Performance, but I don't know what to do...

Thanks

Is it self-installable, or do you buy the program and then still need someone to tune it?

So I install the program on my laptop, let them know what mods I've done to my car (muffler, intake, etc), and they send me the correct tuning? How do I connect to the car in the computer?

I appreciate your help.

What's that cable called? And do I have any friends in the Minneapolis area with one? Maybe I can convince a forum member to rent theirs to me? It's just a one time tune, correct? or is it worth it to buy one of these so I can run diagnostics on all my cars?
