IT's ON! first empressions: isnt that loud during idle, you really need to give it gas to make it roar. I like it alot, but theres one problem. I'm gonna burn so much gas now that its on. Sounds very good, thanks jeff

 

I have the same problem! It's really hard to drive with a "light" foot when you have the CGS.

 

well i got my first noise complaint today, a bunch of angry neighbours showed up at my door. OOPS. I told them i'd tone it down.

 

You must be kidding! What are you doing tuning the HHR? You would fit right in down here!

 

I just ordered my CGS intake yesterday and can't wait to get it on. Is it that much louder and does it suck more gas? Does it sound loud or is it a cool loud? Should receive it within a week.

 

It's only louder when you hit the gas hard and as long as you keep from doing that, you should get a little better mpg's.

I too received my CGS Intake today. I thought I saw somewhere on this board some step by step picture instructions on how to remove the stock intake and install the CGS system. Any ideas on where I can find that link?
