Sounds great, mitzkity. I've got some JBL's on my Mac so I can hear it pretty good. If I decide not to spend the $$$ on the cat-back, this is what I'll do. Bump for part# please?

It sounds great and there is no real need to do a cat back system for a system that you are just looking for sound.

As far as the RICER sound, guys get real, it's a 4 banger. Jap/korean/Brit/Aussie or USA it's still a 4 cylinder! The 2.4 is a big bore 4 and should sound deeper then the run of the mill 1.6 ltr or 2 ltr stuff.

Your HHR sounds fine!

I gotta agree. I envy the rumble of a nice V-8, but that ain't gonna happen. I think my lil 4-banger sounds pretty aggressive w/o the fart-can sound. I think it's about as good as it gets........well maybe it was better before I had to add the resonators but then it was really LOUD!

I will repost another sound clip later on, but I'm pretty happy with it - Hubby drove it to work and said it's great - no drone on the freeway, which his uber magnaflow catback has on his Maggie.

The model is 11376. It's a little loud when I'm accelerating uphill, but I feel more like a "player" now . It gives me a lift whenever I drive now, as the new hasn't worn off. I could have opted for a resonated tip, and I guess that's always an option - wasn't sure if that would mute it too much.
