I just picked up a 07 hhr premiere edition w/2.4.

I would like to add exhaust and an air intake kit is this available from GM?

So far, any exhaust/intake upgrades are only available through after market vendors.

GM does make a Cat Back Exhaust System for the HHR, but it is about $700.00 from the Dealers.

the gm exhaust kit is about $700 through the dealers. if you can find a borla exhaust kit cheaper, get that kit. cause they are the ones that make the gmpp exhaust kit for the hhr. i installed it on my hhr, and it installs very easy. all you have to do is cut the pipe on the original exhaust where it goes over the space where a "rear axle" would be where it connects to the muffler.
plus it sounds pretty good as well.
