No strange noises, the check engine light is just like at the beginning, 0300 random misfire. They said the compression/leakdown tests weren't abnormal. We may try to replace the timing tensioner, since it is easy to do. As long as it doesn't have any problem coming out. I don't think that could do any harm. But then again, knowing our luck....

We do not recommend changing just the tensioner.
