I've seen quite a few people on here have done the 3 bar grill modification but I've done some searching and I have yet to find a how to on it. Do any of you guys have a link to it or care to share the info on it.

I really like the look but I would like a better understanding on how it's done.

I think something like this would look awesome on mine. I found this pic from courthousedeb in the gallery. Does anyone make theseand sell them? Or alter a stock grill to this for people?

Everyone w/ the 3 bar grill has done them themselves (or friend) or had a fellow member do them a favor. No one is "mass producing" this grill.......... yet.

 

I bought a second grill to do the mods on. I put the new on on the HHR and modded the used one and had a chance to smooth it out. Just take your time, but look at where you want your cuts before you start. it is simple to do. take your time, don't rush.

I also installed a billet black lower grille.

 

I would love a 3 row grill for my ride, dont have time or tools to complete it. Moving in the next week to Ft. Hood, Texas. Dont mind paying some one for their time or even a grill if they want to hook me up. I have the satin finish right now.
