chrome antenna bezel


I was checking out the antenna on my HHR and I noticed online that you could get a chrome bezel...just wondering if anyone has one and if so how do you like it and was it easy to install?

found this on raceandstreet.com (one of the venders on this site) I thought about getting it and the stubby from socalhhr.

 

I was thinking of doing the same but i wanted some input first

 

If anyone ordered the antenna bezel, they should just be getting them today. They arrived at the vendors 2/19.

 

back about a year ago, I taped up my rough and windshield, grabbed a can of silver spray paint and shot my bezel body colored. I might spray it with some chrome paint this summer to match the chrome stubby I now have.

The piece that is available would be much easier becuase it just slides on, I think, but painting it I get to waste more time.

 

I've had mine color-matched, looked great! I'm now waiting on the bezel. it was a new product and just shipped out. I'm sure when we get them, we'll be posting lots of pics.

I'm hoping mine comes today!

 

Just talked to maggie over at Race and Street and got my bezel cant waite and when it gets here i'll have pics
